How does working with Optima Solutions actually work?
Working with Optima Solutions starts with a free 15 minute first call and then runs in defined packages, each with a fixed timeframe and results named in advance. Three packages are available.
- Analysis and roadmap takes about two weeks and delivers a process survey, a leverage analysis and a prioritised action plan with effort and benefit.
- The implementation sprint takes four to six weeks and takes a single process all the way into production, from concept through configuration and integration to training, documentation and two weeks of aftercare.
- The support programme then runs continuously and carries the rollout to further teams and sites, with monitoring, change support and a named contact.
Most companies begin with analysis and roadmap, because that is where the basis for every later decision is built without high upfront cost. The survey happens online or on site. Austrian digitalisation projects qualify for various public funding schemes, and Optima Solutions assists with applications on request.
