The 15 minute initial call is free. Diagnostic & Roadmap is a fixed price of EUR 3,900 net, takes around two weeks and ends with a prioritised action plan. If you commission the Implementation Sprint, the amount is credited in full. Implementation Sprint (4 to 6 weeks) and Rollout & Adoption Program (ongoing) are quoted by scope. Companies in Lower Austria may have the consulting subsidised through the TIP funding model.

Diagnostic & Roadmap is a fixed price of EUR 3,900 net. Over roughly two weeks we map your workflows, identify where the biggest lever sits, and deliver a prioritised action plan with effort and benefit for each step. If you then commission the Implementation Sprint, the amount is credited in full. Companies in Lower Austria can have the consulting subsidised through the TIP funding model; the application must be filed before the project starts.

How long until we see first results?

With the Diagnostic & Roadmap package, you have a complete overview and clear decision basis after approximately 2 weeks. With the Implementation Sprint, initial processes go live after 4-6 weeks. For larger rollouts, we create a detailed project plan.

What if a solution is not adopted by the team?

Adoption problems are the most common reason good concepts fail, which is why change management is an integral part of our work, not an add-on. We start with a defined process, actively measure usage, and adjust until new workflows are truly embedded.

Who supports us after go-live?

You have a dedicated contact person for all questions. After go-live, we provide regular check-ins, monitoring, and ongoing optimization. Minor adjustments are included.

What tools and systems do you work with?

We are tool-agnostic: we recommend and implement what best fits your context. We have experience with ERP systems (BMD, SAP, Dynamics), CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive), project management tools (ClickUp, Monday, Asana), as well as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.

Data protection is a core planning criterion. We map data flows, select suitable providers, and factor technical and organisational safeguards into the solution design from the start. Where data is processed depends on the specific tool stack used in a project.

Do you also work outside Austria?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We operate from Vienna and work with Austrian and European companies. Our registered office is in Radenthein. Remote projects are possible and often the standard for larger rollouts. On-site visits are organized as needed.
