With the Diagnostic & Roadmap package, you have a complete overview and clear decision basis after approximately 2 weeks. With the Implementation Sprint, initial processes go live after 4-6 weeks. For larger rollouts, we create a detailed project plan.

Adoption problems are the most common reason good concepts fail, which is why change management is an integral part of our work, not an add-on. We start with a defined process, actively measure usage, and adjust until new workflows are truly embedded.

Yes. We operate from Vienna and work with Austrian and European companies. Our registered office is in Radenthein. Remote projects are possible and often the standard for larger rollouts. On-site visits are organized as needed.
